Making Amla Wine (Nellikka Wine)
(1) Ripe Amla – 2 kg
(2) Sugar – 2 kg
(3) Boiled cooled water – 5 bottles
(4) Wheat – a handful
Drop a few amla fruits into the jar followed by some sugar. Again drop a few amla fruits followed by some sugar. In this order, transfer entire amla fruits and sugar into the jar. Pour water, add the wheat and close the jar air tight. Stir once every day. On the 21st day, filter out the wine and store in clean bottles.
