How to make Achappam ( Mould Appam ) at Home
Making Achappam ( Mould Appam )
Ingredients
(1) Raw rice flour – 2 cups
(2) Coconut milk – 1 cup
(3) Egg – 6 Nos.
(4) Sugar – 6 table spoon
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Sesame – 50 grams
Procedure :
Mix all ingredients together. Put the mould in boiling oil and take out. Dip the mould in the mixture up to half portion of the mould. Then keep the mould in the boiling oil and apply gentle knocks on the mould so as to make the mixture in the mould to fall into the oil. Then fry that and take back.
