Method of cooking Kadhai paneer
Kadhai paneer is another tasty recipe made with Paneer ,this is a dry recipe & why it is called as Kadhai or Kadai paneer recipe ? I will find it soon from my friends .
While cooking paneer recipes like kadhai paneer recipe ,the way in which the paneer is sliced should be noted down .The cutting style of paneer will vary from recipe to recipe .
In this Paneer recipe ,ie Kadhai Paneer recipe we slice paneer in long pieces ,& the capsicum also sliced in the same way .
The prescribed numbers of cinnamon & cloves should be minced & kept aside .
Making ground paste for Kadhai Paneer .
As the next step we have to prepare ground paste by grinding – onion,tomato,ginger,salt,red chilli & orange color .Grind throroughly to make this paste very fine ,this will be used as the ground paste for Paneer Kadhai recipe .
Switch on Stove
Now its time to switch on the stove ,Keep a pan over the flame ,if you have washed the pan .always allow the water to be evaporated from the pan surfaces before pouring oil into it .
Add clarified butter to the pan,when it is hot add bay leaves , minced cinnamon & cloves sauté it for few seconds – Add the ground paste & sauté it till ghee or oil begins to separate .Now add the sliced paneer & capsicum pieces ,cook on low flame till the capsicums are done .Put off the flame ,transfer the “Paneer Kadhai “to serving plate .
The paneer kadhai is ready to be served with hot chapattis ,naan,or paranthas .
