Gobi paneer recipe how to cook & prepare
Gobi is the hindi name for cauliflower , Gobi paneer recipes is a combination
of cauliflower & paneer .You have to thoroughly clean the cauliflower
,put in lukewarm salt water- so that any insects are there inside the
cauliflower will come out .
Gobi paneer recipe is cooked with paneer,cauliflower,onions,tomatoes,green
peas,cumin seeds,green pepper,garam masala,salt .

Gobi paneer recipe Ingredients
Paneer - 250 gm
Grated cauliflower (gobi)- 1 cup
Onions(medium) - 2
Tomatoes(medium) - 2
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Green pepper - 3 nos
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Oil - 2 tsp
Method of cooking Gobi paneer recipe or Cauliflower Paneer receipe
Chop onions,tomatoes,grate cauliflower,cut paneer into cubes, & keep
ready all other ingredients required for gobi paneer receipe .
Swtich on the stove,place a pan over it,add oil ,after heating up the
oil add onions saute it for few seconds till it turn transparent ,add
chopped tomatoes & salt with other spices – sauté them
–after their raw smell goes add peas,cauliflower,& paneer,mix
Cover the pan with a lid & cook on low flame ,stir inbetween ,After
12 minutes vegetables will be cooked ,remove the pan & transfer the
gobi paneer recipe to the serving pan .
