Paneer capsicum curry receipes are prepared using Paneer,capsicum,cashew nuts,milk to soak cashews,cinnamon,cloves,ginger ,garlic ,green chilly paste,onion,tomatoes ,saunf,red chilli powder,turmeric,cumin powder,coriander powder & ghee .

Paneer Capsicum curry recipies Ingredients are given below .

150 gms paneer
1 capsicum
cashew nuts 1/4cup
milk 1/2 cup
cinnamon 1/2 inch
cloves 3 or 4
ginger garlic greenchilly paste 2 tsp
onion big 1
tomato 1
saunf 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp
turmeric 1/4tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
ghee or butter 1 tsp

Method of cooking Paneer capsicum curry recipies .


Before switching on the stove we have keep ready –
Cashew paste : Soak cashew nuts in milk for 1 hour & grind it to a fine paste
Garlic Ginger Green chilly paste : Grind ginger,green chilli & garlic together to make a fine paste
Onion,saunf,cinnamon,clove paste :Fry Onion,saunf,cinnamon & clove till brown & grind to make paste.
Cut paneer & Capsicum in to small pieces ,switch on the stove &place a heavy bottomed pan ,add ghee to the pan & fry capsicum in the pan & keep it aside ,this will be later added during Paneer capsicum curry making .
Now sauté onion paste,ginger garlic paste,tomato puree,masala powders for few seconds in a pan ,you can sauté these pastes in ghee ,add water & boil the mixture for 5 minutes ,now add cashew nut paste ,let it boil & now add fried capsicum & paneer to the gravy – let it boil till the oil seperates & both capsicum and paneer done completely ,boil till the gravy attains consistency .
Switch off the stove & transfer the Paneer capsicum recipe to a serving bowl .
Capsicum paneer curry recipe is best to be served with Puris & chapattis
