Method of cooking Shahi paneer recipesTo cook Shahi paneer ,the size & shape of the paneer is very important ,that gives uniqueness to the recipe ,for this paneer curry Chop paneer into 2’’ fingers(keep little paneer aside for garnishing too ),beat the curd in a bowl & keep aside,finely chop tomato,onion to be chopped into strips,ginger & green chillies have the fate to be chopped fine ,crush the cardamoms,keep ready garam masala,red chilli powder,tomato sauce & ghee . Now switch on the stove,keep a pan ,on this we are going to make shahi paneer curry receipe .Heat half the ghee in the pan ,when it is hot add onion,ginger,green chilli,& cardamom ,fry 3-4 minutes ,add tomatoes and cook for 8 minutes ,add curd and cook for 5 minute ,add ½ cup water and cool it ,after cooling blend it in a mixer till the mixture turn smooth . In the same pan heat ghee ,add this gravy & other except ingredients except milk and paneer ,boil to get a thick gravy .Just before serving ,reheat gravy ,add milk & paneer finger and boil for 3-4 minutes Garnish the paneer shahi recipe with chopped coriander & grated paneer
