Recipie for paneer tikka
Paneer tikka is a vegetarian version of chicken tikka ,in this paneer
tikka chicken is replaced by paneer .This recipie for paneer tikka is
prepared using oven .To cook this recipie for paneer tikka you should
have the following ingredients likepaneer ,cubed into 3 cm pieces ,yogurt,garlic
paste,lemon,onion,ginger paste,chaat masala powder,tandoori masala,black
pepper .
Ingredients require for cooking paneer tika is given below .
1/2 kg Paneer, cubed into 3 cm pieces
• 200 gms Plain yogurt
• 2 tsp Garlic paste
• 1 Lemon
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 2 tsp Ginger paste
• 1 tsp Chaat masala powder
• 2 tsp Tandoori masala
• 1 tsp Black pepper
• Salt to taste
• Few drops of red food color
• Cooking oil for brushing
How to make Paneer Tikka:
Mix together all the ingredients except onion & lemon –keep
aside the mixture with paneer cubes dipped in it for half an hour .Pre
heat your oven to 350 degree and keep the paneer cubes marinated in drip
pan for 10 minutes to bake .Remove the paneer & grease it with oil
& bake for another 10 minutes ,
Now your paneer tikka recipie is ready to be served after garnishing
it with onion reings & lemon .
Serve Paneer tikka hot with fried rice along with paneer masala curry
