recipe ,if you are looking for a dry recipe ,to carry while travelling
,this is an ideal paneer recipe for you to serve with chapattis when you
are on the move .
The ingredients required for cooking paneercurry recipe is given below.
Paneercurry recipes Ingredients:
Paneer 2 cups
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Ginger 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Kasoori methi 1 tbsp
Dhania powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli 2
Green chilli 1
Tomatoes 2
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method of cooking Paneercurry recipes
Knife & cutting board
Cut paneer into cube
Chop onion
Chop capsicum
Slice ½ inch ginger into lengthwise pieces
Chop kasoori methi
With grinder
Grind ½ inch ginger ,garlic,dhania powder,red chillies,green chilli
& tomatoes to fine paste
Frying pan
Fry capsicum pieces,onion & ginger in ghee till they turn soft .-keep
aside
Fry masala using ghee till the raw smell disappears ,add paneer cubes,kassoti
methi & fried capsicum & onion to the pan & mix well .Add
salt to taste,pour balance ghee & garam masala ,stir for few mins,remove
the pan from the flame & now the dry curry of paneer curry is ready
Serve paneer curry or pack it with you for a trip
