Paneer tikka recipie
Paneer tikka is a recipe which could be served alone ,like gobi manchoorian
recipe .
Paneer tikka recipie is prepared by marinating paneer cubes in a marinade
prepared with masala powders,& curd and later frying the marinated
paneer cubes ,so paneer tikka recipes will take an extra hour to cook
compared with other paneer recipes ,as the paneer need to be marinated
.

Paneer tikka recipie Ingredients
250 gms Paneer
Pinch tandoori color
1/2 cup Curd (tied in cloth for 2 hours)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp tandoori Masala
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, crushed
1 tbsp each Capsicum, Onion, Tomato, Carrots, sliced in long stripes
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp Butter
Method of cooking paneer tikka recipe
Make the marinade
In a bowl mix red chilli powder,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste,tandooti
color & masala,coriander leaves ,salt to curd & mix well .
Add chopped paneer pieces ,keep ir aside for 1 hour .
Fry marinated paneer
After 1 hour ,switch on the pan,heat oil ,add some butter,fry the paneer
masala till the paneer turns golden brown ,now the paneer tikka is ready
.
Leftover marinade & butter
We can use the balance marinade by frying it in balace butter & add
sliced vegetables,chat masala & salt - boil till the raw smeel disappear

Serve hot the paneer tikka with sauce
