Paneer sabzi recipe or paneer sabji receipe is prepared by marinating
the paneer cubes in a marinade & later cooking or grilling the marinated
paneer pieces .
To cook paneer sabzi recipe we need good quality paneer,curd,coriander
powder,garam masala,methi powder,ginger, paste,garlic paste,ghee &
cumin seeds .
Paneer sabzi recipe Ingredients
Paneer - 400 grams
Curd - 1 cup
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Methi Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger Paste - made from 1 teaspoon ginger
Garlic Paste - made from 5 big garlic cloves
Desi Ghee - 2 and 1/2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Method of cooking paneer sabji or paneer sabzi recipe
Cutting :Dice paneer into cubes,make ginger paste,garlic paste,
Marinade for marinating paneer : In a deep container ,take curd ,add coriander
powder,pepper powder,garam masala ,methi powder,ginger paste,and garlic
paste and mix well .Keep dipped the paneer cubes in the marinade for half
an hour .
Cooking : Now grill the paneer along with the marinade for 10 minutes
till the edges of the paneer dices turn brown ,now heat ghee in a pan
,add cumin seeds & saute,add grilled paneer along with them .Boil
it keeping the pan closed with a lid .
Serve hot the paneer sabji recipe with rotis .
