Pudina paneer tikka recipe ,this recipe is like any other paneer tikka
recipe the only difference is that this paneer tikka recipe will have
a pudina flavour ,as we grind pudina together with other ingredients to
make the marinade to marinate paneer .

leaves .
This Paneer tikka recipe with pudina is cooked using microwave oven .
Pudina tikka Ingredients
200gm Paneer
1/4 Cup Curd
1/2 Cup Pudina Leaves
1/4 Cup Corriander Leaves
1/4 Spoon Ginger Paste
1/4 Spoon Garlic Paste
4 Green Chillies
Butter
Salt to taste
Method of cooking Pudina paneer tikka
Cooking of pudina paneer tikka is started with cutting paneer into cubes
& keep aside the paneer cubes .
Next we will make the marinade mixture by grinding together pudina leaves,coriander
leaves,ginger paste,garlic paste & green chillies with salt –to
fine paste ,mix the paste with curd in bowl ,now add paneer cubes into
this & keep it in fridge to marinate for 30 minutes.
After half an hour preheat microwave oven to 250 C,and spread the paneer
cubes over thep an ,bake the paneer on 200 c for 5 minutes ,flip the side
of paneer to cook both sides ,bake again for another 5 minutes ,&
take out the bakes paneer pudina tikka from the oven & transfer it
to a serving plate .
Serve the pudina paneer tikka recipe hot with any rotis
