Paneer masala curry recipe is a gravy based paneer recipe with masala
powders added . In this recipe we use grated paneer & added at the
last stage of cooking .To prepare paneer masala curry we should have the
following Paneer,tomatoes to make tomatoe puree,green cardamom powder,cloves,black
pepper powder,vegetable oil.ginger garlic green chilli paste ,red chilli
powder etc .
The ingredients required for cooking paneer masala curry recipe is given
below .
Paneer masala curry recipes Ingredients
Paneer 250 grams
Water 2 cups
Tomatoes 3
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp.
Cloves 8
Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
Paste of ginger-garlic & green chilli 1 tsp..
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Coriander leaves for decoration
Salt to taste
Method of cooking Paneer masala curry recipe
Keep ready the ingredients before you start to cook –grate paneer
& keep it aside,keep ready garlic ginger green chilli paste,make tomatoe
puree by boiling tomatoes ,peeling them & mashing them to a fine paste
.
Heat oil in a pan & add cloves,cumin seeds,ginger garlic green chilli
paste ,sauté for a while ,now add cardamom powder,black pepper
powder,chilli powder,salt,turmeric & stir well ,add now pulpy tomato
sauce ,fry for 5 minutes,add water & boil ,let it cook till the gravy
turns thick .After the gravy achieves the required consistency add grated
paneer & after adding paneer don’t cook more ,immediately remove
from the stove .
Paneer masala curry is ready ,to be served after garnishing it with chopped
coriander leaves .
