Paneer hariyali tikka recipes Ingredients:

• 400 gm Paneer
• 1 Cup Curd
• 2 Bunch corianders
• 1 Bunch Mint
• 4 to 6 Green chilies
• 30 gm Garlic
• 1tsp Ginger paste
• 1tsp Garam masala powder
• 1 tsp Chat masala
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Juice of two lemons

How to make Hariyali Paneer Tikka:

Method of cooking hariyali paneer tikka is simple & straight .The first step includes slicing paneer in to big slices ,grinding coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chillies,garlic,ginger paste & lemon juice together to a fine paste & in bowl mix this paste with curd,salt,garam masala,chat masala powder – mix well – add paneer slices so that they will get marinated with this mixture –keep it aside for 45 minutes.
After marinating paneer cook the paneer in a tandoor or fry in a pan with oil & cook it for ten minutes in high flame .Our tikka paneer recipe in hariyali style is ready
