Paneer gobi masala is made with paneer & cauliflower (gobi)as main
ingredients –this is very nutritious recipe ,my daughter like both
paneer & cauliflower –so I will not miss a chance cook a recipe
which has both paneer & gobi as ingredients .
As it is a masala recipe you need ginger garlic paste,masala powder,red
chilli powder,jeera to make this spicy ,as in other masala recipes we
will have onion & tomato duos to make it more tasty .In addition to
these we add capsicum ,curd,soya sauce & ghee to make this paneer
gobi masala a unique & rich receipe .

Paneer gobi masala recipes Ingredients
1no Big cauliflower
1 packet Paneer cubes
1no Onion chopped
1no tomato chopped
1no capsicum
1tbsp tomato ketchup
2tsp ginger garlic paste
1tbsp curd
1 ½ tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp Pav bajji Masala powder
1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Handful of coriander leaves (for garnishing)
1tsp jeera seeds
2tsp ghee
3tsp oil

)
If we prepare a recipe in a pressure both frying & cooking can be
done ,so we could save lot of time in cooking as it cook fast in a pressure
cooker .
In a pressure cooker pan heat oil /ghee ,as we have jeera in this recipe
we will splutter it ,add onion ,saute it till it turn transparent,while
sauting onion if we add little salt onion will get cooked fast ,add capsicum
slices ,add tomato ,ginger garlic paste ,sauté it & add all
spices with salt & curd .Fry till oil leaves the mixture .Now add
cauliflower & tomato sauce .Now add very little water & close
the pan ,cook till 1 whistle –remove the pressure pan from the stove
& wait till it cools .
In a pan ,add ghee/oil ,when it is hot add paneer & fry it till it
turns brown & keep it aside ,now open the cooker’s ld &
mix well the cooked contents so that cauliflower or gobi will get mashed
well ,now add soya sauce ,add fried paneer & cook in low flame for
another 5 minutes .
Now our Paneer gobi masala is ready to garnished with coriander leaves
–after garnishing the paneer gobi masala serve it hot with puree
or with chapattis .
