Paneer fry recipe is a dry paneer recipe,which does not have any gravy ,I like dry paneer recipes with puree & with chapatti .This is a simple paneer fri recipe in which the paneer is cut into thick big slices ,this is the uniqueness of this recipe ,the paneer pieces are then marinated in jeera powder,pepper powder with curd mixture or marinade & later the marinated paneer pieces are fried .
To prepare paneer fry you should have the following – paneer ,to make marinade you should have curd ,pepper,jeera & salt,to fry oil.

Method of cooking Paneer fry recipe
Cut Paneer into 1 inch thick big slice –keep it aside & in
a bowl mix curd,jeera powder,pepper powder,with salt – add paneer
slices into this mixture & leave it for 1 hour – After 1 hour
heat a non-stick pan & pour oil – take marinated paneer slices
fry it in hot oil & change the sides to get it fry both side of paneer
.Instead of frying you could grill it .
