Paneer chilli fry recipe
Paneer Chilli fry is another hot Paneer capsicum recipe ,to cook this
paneer chilli fry you need to have very less ingredients like paneer,bell
pepper or capsicum,onions,soya sauce,chilli garlic sauce,agi no moto .
Before start cooking Paneer chilli fry keep ready the ingredients .Cut
paneer into cubes,cut capsicum & onion into strips
Ingredients
250 gms. Paneer
1 big Green bell pepper (Cut long strips lengthwise)
2 medium onions (Chopped lengthwise)
Soya Sauce
Chili-Garlic Sauce
Agi-no-moto (Also known as chinese salt)
Method of cooking Paneer chilli fry
In a Pan heat veg ghee or oil & fry paneer cubes when the oil is hot
& drain the fried paneer and keep aside ,later we will add this fried
paneer to paneer chilli fry ,you can also call this recipe as Paneer capsicum
fry .
In the same pan ,heat oil & add onion ,sauté it until onion
turns transparent .& now add capsicum pieces & sauté together
for 2 minututes ,now add soya sauce,aji-no-motto & chilli garlic sauce
& salt to taste ,sauté for few seconds ,finally add the fried
paneer & stir slowly for few seconds & close the pan with a lid
fo 1 minute at low flame ,switch off the stove ,Paneer chilli fry is ready
to be served .
This paneer chilli fry could be served up to 6 persons .
