Paneer Capsicum sabzi is a easy Paneer capsicum recipe ,which could be
prepared with in 10 minutes ,this is a dry sabzi .To cook paneer capsicum
sabzi we should have paneer,capsicum,onion,garlic,soya sauce,green chilli
sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar,oil & salt .
The ingredients required for cooking Paneer capsicum sabzi is given below
Paneer 200 gms.(cubes)
Capsicum 3 medium sized.(Sliced)
Onion 1 medium (sliced)
Garlic 2 cloves (chopped)
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp.
Green Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp.
Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp.
Vinegar 1 tbsp.
Oil 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
How to cook prepare Paneer Capsicum Sabzi
In a kadai heat oil & when oil is hot put garlic pieces into the kadai
& sauté it ,put onion pieces & sauté for 2 minutes,now
add capsicum pieces cook & close the kadai with lid –cook it
for some time ,when the capsicum is done completely add paneer cubes and
stir for a minute ,now add salt to taste,soya sauce,green chilli sauce,tomato
sauce & vinegar .Stir for slowly for one minute on medium flame –
now the Paneer capsicum sabzi is ready to be served with rotis or paraatas
Paneer capsicum sabzi is could be garnished with coriander leaves .
