To prepare this paneer capsicum gravy we should have paneer,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,tandorri masala,chilli powder,cumin powder,sugar for taste & maidav.

Paneer capsicum gravy recipes Ingredients:

Paneer
1 lb Paneer
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp gingergarlic paste
2 tsp tandorri masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp red food coloring
1 tbsp maida/all purpose flour
3 tbsp butter

Gravy
2 capsicum - finely cut into long strips
2 large onions - sliced thin and long
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp tandoori masala
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil

Method of cooking paneer capsicum gravy receipe .


Cut paneer ,capsicum & onions into strips & make ginger garlic paste ,keep ready all other ingredients .
Make a marinade/thick batter : In the cooking of Paneer capsicum gravy we have to marinate paneer strips in a marinade or thick batter prepared by mixing together – maida,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,tandoori masala,chilli powder,cumin,food color & sugar –dilute this mixture with water to make a thick batter & marinate the paneer strips in this batter for one hour .
Switch on the stove,& fry paneer in butter in a pan ,shallow fry is enough for paneer strips .Keep them aside .Heat oil again in the same pan ,fry onion & capsicum till they are well fried ,add tomatoe sauce & tandoori masala ,simmer the mixture for 5 minutes ,add salt & pepper for salt ,now add the fried paneer pieces & stir gently ,now our paneer capsicum gravy is ready to be served .Transfer this paneer capsicum gravy to serving bowl .
Serve Paneer capsicum gravy hot with ghee rice .
