Ingredients for cooking capsicum paneer masala recipe

• 1/4 kg Paneer
• 1/4 kg Capsicum
• 2 Big onions
• 3 Big tomatoes (pureed)
• 1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
• 1 tsp Jeera
• 2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Haldi powder
• 2 tsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1 Cup milk
• 1/2 Cup cream

How to make Paneer Capsicum Masala:

Before lighting up the stove we should finely chop/grate onions,cut paneer into small cubes & slice capsicum .Make ginger garlic paste ,Make tomato puree (peel & smash tomatoes ) .

Now switch on stove,in a pan heat oil & add jeera,after spluttering add grated onion & fry till it turn golden brown ,add ginger garlic paste & sauté for few seconds ,add sliced capsicum & saite ,add all powder masalas & fry it carefully in low flame ,add the tomatoe puree and salt ,let it cook for a while ,now add the paneer pieces & let it cook in the masala .
Now add the milk & cream cook for another 6 minutes,now the Paneer capsicum masala curry is ready to be garnished with coriander leaves after transferring it to a serving bowl .
Serve Paneer capsicum masala curry with rotis .
