paneer ,Paneer bhujia is a nice combination with rice,puri,roti &
naan .The paneer bhujia recipe is prepared here along with Palak .So it
is called as Palak paneer bhujia recipe .
Paneer bhijia recipe is prepared with paneer,spinach,chopped garlic,ginger,tomatoes,green
chillies,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,& mango powder .
Ingredients for palak paneer bhujia recipe:
1. 200 gms paneer
2. 1 kg spinach(palak)
3. 2-4 flakes chopped garlic
4. 1 small ginger piece
5. 3 tomatoes
6. 2 chopped green chillis
7. 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
9. 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
10. 5 tsp oil
11. salt to taste
Method of preparation for palak paneer bhujia recipe:
Palak Paneer or Paneer Palak is prepared in a pan ,pls note that in this
tasty & nutritious recipe we are not using onions or any seasoning
ingredients .Remembering this recipe is easy ,as you know palak need more
time to cook than paneer so we have to add palak in advance to paneer
.
Clean Palak leaves & cut it to small pieces .Add green chilli into
oil in a hot pan,add ginger ,garlic minced into the pan & sauté
for few seconds ,till it changes its color .Add spinach into it &
cook for few minutes by closing the pan with a lid .Now add red chilli
powder,turmeric and salt to it .Add tomato pieces and cook it till it
becomes dry ,Now add paneer pieces with amchoor ,Close the pan with lid
& cook for few minutes .
Palak Paneer bhujia recipe is ready to be served with rotis,naan or puris
