Mushroom Paneer Curry how to cook &
prepare
Mushroom is a kazana of nutrients ,when it is paired with paneer ,the
dish will become an excellent source of nutrition . Get some good quality
paneer & mushrooms from the market ,or you can grow mushrooms in your
courtyard .
To prepare mushroom paneer curry you should have mushrooms,paneer cubes,onions,tomato
puree,ginger paste,garlic paste,green chillies,milk,turmeric powder,coriander
powder,cumin seeds,garam masala & red chilli powder ,here is the list
of ingredients for cooking Mushroom Paneer curry with quantities .
Mushroom Paneer Curry Ingredients:
150 gm mushrooms (sliced)
150 gm paneer cubes(Recipe for Home Made Paneer)
3 onions chopped finely
3/4 cup tomato puree
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
5 green chilies,chopped
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup milk
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
1 tsp garam masala(Recipe for Garam Masala)
1/2 tsp red chilly powder(Mix all the powder together)
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method of cooking Paneer Mushroom curry recipe
Garlic –Ginger paste : Grind garlic & ginger together to make
ginger-garlic paste
Chop :Onions,coriander leaves
Switch on the stove,add oil to the hot pan,sauté the ginger garlic
paste for 5 minutes,saute onion pieces & fry till golden brown color
,add the mixed powder & sauté for a minute .Add green chillies
and salt and fry in low flame for 5 minutes,all sliced mushrooms to the
mixture & cook on low flame ,stir inbetween .Add tomato puree &
mix well ,now add paneer pieces with milk .Let it boil & cook the
paneer –boil till the gravy thickens .Now our Paneer mushroom recipe
is ready ,transfer it to a serving plate .
Garnish mushroom paneer recipe with chopped coriander leaves .
