Kashmiri paneer recipe how to cook & prepare

To prepare Kashmiri paneer we should have paneer,thandai mixture,almonds,butter,cardamom,peppercorns,yoghurt,ginger paste,Kashmiri chilli powder,turmeric .

400 gm paneer-cubed
Method of cooking Kashmiri paneer recipe
Thandai or bhang is a cold drink prepared with a mixture of almonds, fennel seeds, magaztari seeds, rose petals, pepper, khus khus seeds (White poppy seeds), cardamom, saffron, milk and sugar
Grind the thandai mixture
Mix ghee,half the cardamom powder,peppercorns,half table spoon yoghurt & ginger paste in a dish & cook covered at max flame for two minutes .
Add chilli powder,turmeric,salt,yoghurt and thandai mixture together to the mixture & cover and cook for five minutes ,after the raw smell of the masala powders disappears add paneer and mix well & cook covered at 75 % for 7 minutes .
Serve garnished with remaining cardamom powder and slivered almonds .
