Karahi paneer receipe how to cook & prepare
Karahi means Stainless Steel,Karahi paneer indicates the pan in which it is prepared .Karahi Paneer was the paneer curry my grandma used to serve us with nan .
This tasty Karahi Paneer can prepared if you have paneer,onion,tomato,cloves,capsicum,ginger,chilli powder,bay leaf,butter,cinnamon .
Ingredients for cooking Karahi Paneer is given below with their quantities required.
Karahi paneer recipie Ingredients:
• 250 gms Paneer
How to make Karahi Paneer:
Ground paste :In the list of Karahi Paneer ingredients tomato,red chilli powder,orange color ,onion,ginger & salt are meant for making the ground paste for Karahi Paneer .Grind all these ingredients to a fine paste .
Chop :Chop capsicum & paneer .Keep ready minced cinnamon & cloves .
Heat butter in pan ,sate cloves,bay leaves & cinnamon –now
add the ground paste we have prepared ,cook in low/medium flame till ghee
starts separating .Add chopped capsicum & paneer pieces .Reduce the
flame & cook till the capsicum is well cooked ,now the Karahi Paneer
is ready ,remove from the flame & serve hot with nan .
