Indian paneer curry is a unique paneer recipe from India ,what make Indian

We are going to cook this Indian Paneer recipe in olive oil ,we can use
coconut oil or any other eatable oil ,each oil has its own advantages
.
So let us look at the ingredients required to cook Indian Paneer recipe
– yellow onion,minced garlic,ginger,peppers,chilli powder,ground
cumin,coriander,garam masala,turmeric,tomato puree (tomato puree is different
from tomato sauce ,tomato puree is made by mashing tomatoes after peeling
it ,no additives added to the paste ) , ketch up, cubed paneer,frozen
peas & whipping cream .
Indian paneer curry recipe Ingredients
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 large yellow onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
• 2 serrano peppers, finely chopped
• 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
• 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
• 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
• 3/4 teaspoon garam masala
• 3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 1 (14.25 ounce) can tomato puree
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 8 ounces paneer, cubed
• 1 (16 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
• whipping cream or half-and-half to taste
Method of cooking Indian Paneer receipe or hindu paneer recipe
Cut Paneer into cubes ,Chop onions,mince garlic & fresh ginger &
keep ready other ingredients .
Switch on the stove & place a pan ,after few seconds after the pan
is dry pour oil ,sauté onion in the hot oil till the onions turn
brown ,. Stir in minced garlic & ginger and continue cooking for 1
minute more ,turn heat to low ,add Serrano peppers ,and cook for 1 minute
.
Now its time to add chilli powder ,cumin ,coriander,garam masala &
turmeric ,cook until the raw smell disappears ,approximately 2 minutes
is enough for it .
Pour tomato puree & ketchups thin with water for desired consistency
.Add paneer & peas ,cook to soften the peas for 3 minutes .Stir in
cream & increase heat to medium high ,allow the curry to come to rolling
boil ,& cook for 4 minutes.
