Paneer tikka masala is a tasty recipe,which is made with lemon juice,grated
ginger,garlic cloves,chilli,chopped coriander,chilli powder,paneer,vegetable
oil,turmeric powder,yogurt, & milk .
Paneer tikka masala Ingredients
• 5 tsp. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. grated ginger
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 green chili, chopped
• 3 tbsp. chopped coriander
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• salt to taste
• 250g paneer cut into cubes.
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 2 onions, chopped in 1-inch long thin slices
• ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
• 3-4 tbsp. thick yogurt
• ½ cup milk
How to cook paneer tikka masala
Marinate Paneer – The first step is to marinaye paneer to make paneer
tikka masala .Let us prepare the mixture to prepare marinating mixture
by mixing together lemon juice,ginger,garlic,green chilli,half of chopped
coriander ,chilli powder,salt –mix them thoroughly & marinate
paneer in a bowl for one hour.
Let the paneer marinate for 1 hour ,with in that time we will heat oil
in a pan & cook onions for 3-4 minutes on low flame till they turn
brown/transparent .Now add turmeric powder,yogurt,milk,and the remaining
coriander . Stir for a few minutes till the sauce thickens .
Add the marinated paneer together with the marinating mixture in the sauce
& cook for 5 minutes on medium flame .
Now our paneer tikka masala is ready to be served after garnishing it
with fresh chopped coriander leaves & it is best to be seved with
Indian bread or rice .
