How to prepare paneer palak recipe – Recipe for pregnant or pregnancy

Palak Paneer is a super star among Paneer receipes .
Palak Paneer is the best for pregnant women or for the women who is getting
ready to be concieved ,because the palak is a rich source of folic acids
which helps in the brain growth of foetus (baby) .
The palak paneer recipe is made with spinach/palak,paneer,onion,butter,bay
leaves,cumin seeds,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,green chilli
paste,garam masala powder,vegetable oil .
Palak Paneer Ingredients:
Spinach 1/2 kg
Paneer 100 grams
Onion 1
Butter 3 tbsp.
Bay leaves 2-3
Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
Ginger-garlic paste 3/4 tsp.
Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil as required
Method of cooking Palak Paneer
This palak paneer recipe is a pressure cooker paneer
recipe .
Ground paste : Make a fine paste by grinding ginger & garlic together
Cooking spinach& grinding it : Cook spinach in a pressure cooker .Put
the spinach together with the garlic ginger paste & cook for 8 minutes,remove
it before whistle .After cooling down grind the cooked spinach to a fine
paste .
Cut paneer into small cube pieces & heat oil in a pan – fry
paneer pieces to slight brown ( keep 3 or 4 pieces of paneer cubes aside
for decorating ) drain & keep them aside .
Heat 2 table spoon butter ,fry bay leaves & cumin seeds ,add chopped
onion & fry till the onion turn pink ,add salt ,black pepper &
garam masala ,stir well ,add paneer & spinach paste to the mixture
,stir well .This is our palak paneer .
Baking Palak Paneer : Pour palak paneer to the baking tray of
oven ,add rest of the butter too ,bake the palak paneer for 30 minutes
at 180 deg C .
Remove the baked Palak paneer to the serving plate ,garnish it with grated
paneer ,Palak paneer now is ready to be served
