Method of cooking capsicum paneer sabziSwtich on stove,after few seconds add 1 tbs oil ,shallow fry the paneer till it is golden brown ,drain the fried paneer & keep it aside,use kitchen paper for draining . In the remaining oil we will fry the onions ,add onions to the pan ,sauté it till it turns brown ,remove half of it from the pan & keep it aside ,this fried onions will be used for garnishing capsicum paneer sabzi . Now add ginger garlic paste to the fried onions in the pan ,fry till its raw smell disappears .Add these masalas – chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder - and fry for a minute – after their raw smell goes ,add capsicum,mushrooms,corn,yogurt mixture & salt Mix them well .When the mixture starts to bubble ,cover the pan with a lid & cook till the mushrooms are cooked ,it may take 5 mins . Now add paneer to the mixture ,now there will be little gravy – keep on cooking on medium flame till the gravy has evaporated and the masala coats the paneer and other vegetables . Now our Capsicum Paneer sabzi is ready ,transfer it to serving plate & garnish with chopped ginger & fried onion – Serve capsicum Paneer sabzi hot with rotis or with chapatti
