1. Maida - 2 cups
Method of preparation Jileby :
Mix maida thoroughly with curd and salt. Keep it for 7 hrs to ferment. Heat the sugar and make it a syrup. Then cool it and mix with rose water. Add soda to the maida curd mixture and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan. Pour the maida mixture into the mould and when the
oil starts to boil, squeeze it out into the pan.
