Method of preparation Boly
Add moong dal in water kept in a vessel and boil, till it is cooked.
Take the dal out, add sugar and grind.
Mix maida with ghee and water and make a fine paste. Make that into small balls, put a hole in the middle. Keep the dal mixture inside and then cover that with the maida mixture. Keep them on a wooden disc, press well and spread.
Apply ghee on a heated kadai and roast the spread mixture.
