Boly Ingredients:-
(1) moong dal – 500 gms
(2) maida – 500 gms
(3) ghee – 200 gms
(4) sugar – 500 gms
(5) powdered elachi – 2 tea sp
Method of preparation Boly
Add moong dal in water kept in a vessel and boil, till it is cooked.
Take the dal out, add sugar and grind.
Add ghee and elachi, keep it over the stove and make the water dry and
the mixture free flowing.
Mix maida with ghee and water and make a fine paste. Make that into small
balls, put a hole in the middle. Keep the dal mixture inside and then
cover that with the maida mixture. Keep them on a wooden disc, press well
and spread.
Apply ghee on a heated kadai and roast the spread mixture.
