Vettu Cake Cut Cake Ingredients:-
1. Duck egg - 3
2. maida - 1 glass
3. sugar - 1 cup
4. elachi - 3
5. oil - as required
Method of preparation :
Cut the duck egg perfectly and whip. Add maida, powdered sugar and powdered
elachi. pour little water and mix thoroughly. ( It will be just like chappathi
mix ) Keep for 1 hr.
Make small balls of the above mix and press them to the size of biscuit,
with a little thickness.
Take a knife and put a + mark at the centre of each biscuit.
Roast both sides in boiling oil.
