Vegetable Pulav Veg Pulao Vegetarian Pulavu Ingredients:-
(1) basmati rice – 500 gms
(2) potato – 3
(3) carrot – 2
(4) beans – 100 gms
(5) cooked green peas – 100 gms
(6) ghee – ¼ cup
(7) cauli flower – 100 gms
(8) cinnamon – 1 tb sp
(9) clove – 1
(10) elachi – 3
(11) salt – to taste
(12) big onion – 3
(13) ginger puree – 2 tb sp
(14) garlic puree – 2 tb sp
(15) coriander seeds – I tb sp
(16) turmeric powder – 1 tea sp
Method of preparation Vegetable Pulav Veg Pulao Vegetarian Pulavu
Cut all vegetables into pieces. Cut the onion into thin long pieces.
Grind coriander seeds, one onion, garlic and ginger.
Wash rice and dry the water. Heat ghee in a pan, add the onion and roast.
Roast cinnamon, clove and elachi in the same ghee. When the roasted smell
comes out, add all vegetables and stir well. Add the rice and roast first.
Then add salt, turmeric and water and cook the rice. When the rice is
cooked, dry the water, add the roasted onion and serve.
