Valsan Ingredients:-
1. Wheat flour - ½ kg
2. jiggery – ¼ kg
3. coconut – ½ part
4. salt, water – as required
5. cumin seed, elachi mixed
and ground – 1 sp
Method of Preparation Valsan Balsan
Mix jiggery with water in a pan and boil. After water is evaporated filter
the melted jaggery.
Cut coconut into pieces. Pour melted jiggery into the wheat flour. Mix
thoroughly when it is slightly hot. Add cumin seed – elachi powder,
coconut pieces and salt. Mix gently.
