Uthappam Ingredients:-
1. raw rice - 1 cup
2. black gram dal - 1/4 cup
3. big onion - 1
4. green chilly - 3
5. salt, oil - as required
Method of preparation Uthappam ,Oothappam
Soak the rice and black gram dal in water for 3 hrs and grind it. Add
salt, stir well and keep for one night to make it sour. Next day, add
pieces of big onion and green chilly. Keep kadai on the stove. Add a teaspoon
of oil on the kadai. Take one big spoon ful of rice-blackgram dal paste
and spread it on the kadai in circular shape with some thickness. Pour
oil around the circle and make it crisp. Flip the dosa and roast the other
side also and take out.
