Uludu Vada Uzhunnu Vada making South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles
Uludu Vada Ingredients:-
(1) black gram dal – 500 gms ( skin removed )
(2) small onion - 30
(3) green chilly – 4
(4) ginger – 1 piece
(5) curry leaves – a little
(6) salt – to taste
(7) oil – to fry
Method of preparation Uludu Vada,Uzhunnu Vada making
Cut the onion, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves into small pieces.
Soak the dal for 30 minutes and grind. Add all the ingredients and salt
and mix well.
Make small balls and keep that on the palm. Press it and put a hole at
the center.
Fry in boiling oil and take out.
