Thenappam Honey Bun Ingredients:-
(1) raw rice flour – ½ kg
(2) sugar – 1 kg
(3) honey - 10 gm
(4) pappad – 20
(5) coconut oil – as required
(6) salt, water – as required
Method of preparation Thenappam Honey Bun
1. Spray some water on pappad to make them wet.
2. Melt sugar by adding a little water and heating
3. Mix rice flour with honey, wet pappad and salt.
After 8 hrs, pour it into boiling oil through the hole of coconut shell.
Before it becomes crisp, take it out, dip in melted sugar, take back and
keep to cool.
