Thaen Kuzhal Sweet/honey Tube Ingredients:-
(1) maida flour – 2 cups
(2) sugar – 1/2kg
(3) ghee – 100 gms
(4) curd – 1 cup
Method of preparation Thaen Kuzhal Sweet/honey Tube
Mix maida in water and keep for a day. Next day mix that with curd. Pour the mixture into boiling oil through hole of a coconut shell. Move the shell in circular shape while pouring. When it becomes crisp, take out of oil and dip in melted sugar.
