Tandoori Chicken Ingredients:-
1. Fairly big chicken - 1
2. curd - 1/2 cup
3. ginger - 2 pieces
4. garlic - 1
5. pepper - 1 tea sp
6. fenugreek - 1 tea sp
7. red color - 1 pinch
8. salt, oil - to taste
Method of preparation Tandoori Chicken
Cut chicken into 8 pieces. Grind well all ingredients from 3 to 6 and
mix them with curd. Add color and salt. Apply
it on the chicken pieces and keep for 3 - 4 hrs.
Set the oven at 200 degrees.
Apply oil on a baking tray. Keep the chicken pieces on the tray and bake
for 30 minutes.
Take out and serve.
