Sweet Steam Cake Ingredients:-
1. egg - 4
2. maida - 1 cup
3. sugar - 1 cup
4. elachi – 3
Method of preparation Sweet Steam Cake :
Whip the egg. Mix it with powdered sugar, maida and elachi powder. Transfer the mixture to a vessel after applying ghee inside the vessel. Heat it in a pressure cooker or idly cooker.
This cake is very tasty to eat and very easy to make.
