Sweet Sevai Ingredients:-
1. Rice flour – ¼ kg
2. moongdal flour – ½ kg
3. sugar – ½ kg
4. dry ginger pieces – 1 sp
5. cumin seed – 1 sp
6. elachi powder – 1 sp
Method of preparation Sweet Sevai
Mix rice flour and moong dal flour well after adding a little water.
Make a mix just as in the case of idiyappam. Fix sweet sevai slit in the
sevai squeezer. Fill the squeezer with the rice – moongdal mix and
squeeze it out into the heated oil in a pan. Make it crisp and take out
and break it into small pieces.
