Sugiyan Sughiyan Suhiyan Ingredients:-
(1) black gram dal – 1 cup
( skin removed )
(2) coconut – 2
(3) jiggery – 300 gms
(4) ghee – 150 gms
(5) elachi powder – 1 tea sp
(6) coconut oil – 250 gms
Method of preparation Sugiyan Sughiyan Suhiyan
Take grinded coconut and jaggery and grind them together. Heat ghee in
a pan and add into that the coconut jaggery mixture. Add elachi powder
stir, and heat mildly for a few minutes. Take out and make small balls
with the mixture.
Soak black gram dal in water and then grind. Add salt and stir well.
Heat coconut oil in a pan. When oil starts to boil, dip the balls in
the black gram dal solution and then add into the boiling oil and fry.
