Stuffed & Grilled Duck

• Ingredients:-

• 1. cleaned duck with skin - 1 (3/4 kg)
• duck egg - 3

• 2. big onion - 1
• green chilly - 2
• curry leaves - a little

• 3. chilly powder - 1 tea sp
• turmeric powder -1/2 tea sp
• ginger - 1 piece
• garlic - 1 pellet
• lemon - 1/2 of a lemon
• salt - to taste

• 4. big onion - 3
• Cashew nut - 1 tb sp
• dry grapes - 1 tb sp

• 5. corn flour - 1 tb sp
• cheese spread - 50 gms
• veg,oil - 2 tb sp

• Ingredients for salad

• 6.small cucumber - 1
• germinated green gram - 1/2 cup
• lemon juice - 1/2 tea sp
salt - to taste


• Method of preparation Stuffed & Grilled Duck :

• Boil the two duck eggs and remove outer cover. Take all ingredients under 2. Cut into pieces and
• fry in oil. Take the remaining quantity of oil. Take all ingredients under 4. Cut big onion into long pieces and fry. Also fry cashew and dry grapes.

• Take all the ingredients under 3. Mix with lemon juice and make a paste. Stir with corn flakes and whipped eggs.

• Cut and open abdomen of the duck. Keep inside the egg mix and the paste. Pierce the eggs of the duck into duck's body and fix them with tooth pick. Allow to cool in the fridge for 4 hrs. Apply cheese spread and bake over a grill.

• Salad Prepare salad with ingredients under 6.

• Fry ingredients under 4 and use to decorate the duck.

• Keep salad around the duck and serve.
