Stuffed Chicken Pappad ( Stuffed Chicken Pappadam)

• Ingredients:-

• 1. Fresh pappad - 20
• 2. cooled minced chicken - 2 cups
• 3. big onion - 2
• 4. red chilly - 3
• 5. pepper powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 6. clove - 3
• 7. cinnamon - 1 piece
• 8. fenugreek - 1/2 tea sp
• 9. garlic - 4 pellets
• 10. turmeric - 1 piece
• 11. ginger - 1 piece
• 12. coriander seed powder - 1 tb sp
• 13.lemon - 1 piece
• 14.salt,oil - as required

• Method of preparation Stuffed Chicken Pappad ( Stuffed Chicken Pappadam) :

• Mix ingredient 4 to 12and grind. Heat oil in a pan and put onion cut into pieces into the oil and fry. Add the masala mix, chicken, salt and lemon juice aand
• stir well. Take it from the stove and allow to cool. Wet the pappad on
• both sides with water. Keep one tb sp of the cooked mixture at the
• center of the pappad, roll it and fold both the ends .
• Fry ir in oil and serve with sauce and chutney.
