Shummy Kabab
• Ingredients:-
•
• 1. Minced mutton - 2 kg
• 2. moong dal - 120 gms
• 3. clove - 3
• 4. elachi - 3 gms
• 5. cinnamon - 3 gms
• 6. ginger (cut into tiny pieces} - 10 gms
• 7. garlic (cut into tiny pieces) - 5 gms
• 8. pudina leaves - 20 gms
• 9. green chilly - 15 gms
• 10. big onion piece - 1 cup
• 11. small onion - 1 1/2 cup
• 12. corn flour - 10 gms
• 13. egg - 2
• 14. meat masala powder - 1 tea sp
• 15. pepper powder - 1 tb sp
• 16. oil - 250 ml
• 17. salt - to taste
• 18. coriander leaves - 10 gms (cut into small
• pieces)

• Method of preparation Shummy Kabab :
•
• Take mutton ina cooker. Add ingredients 1 to 7 and heat. Then
allow mutton to cool.
• Add ingredients 8 to 15 and 17, 18 and mix thoroughly. Make small
• balls with that and press them so as to get the shape of cutlet
and
• keep them in a vessel.
• Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlet shaped pieces and then take
them
• out. Apply tomato sauce over it.
• Serve when hot, along with chutney.
•
• Add water just sufficient to cook mutton and moong dal. At the
time of
• mixing, in case water content was found to be more than requirement,
• add powdered bread.
