How to cook Seshvan chicken
Seshvan chicken recipe
• Ingredients:-

• 1. Chicken - 1 kg
• 2. Water - 1/2 cup
• 3. chilly powder - 1 tea sp.
• 4. salt - to taste
• 5. corn flour - 2 tea sp
• 6. maida - 1 tea sp
• 7. ginger pieces - 2 tea sp
• 8. garlic pieces - 3 tea sp
• 9. capsicum
• 10. Big onion cut into long slices- 1 tea sp
• 11. soya sauce - 1 tea sp
• 12. tomato sauce - 1 tea sp
• 13. seedless red chilly - 4
• 14. carrot, potato cut into small pieces - a little
• Method of preparation of Seshvan chicken:
• Cut the chicken into pieces. Mix the ingredients 2 to 4 and apply
the mixture over the chicken pieces. Cook the chicken in a pan and allow
to cool. Add
• ingredients 5 and 6 and fry. In that oil, fry mixture of ingredients
7
• and 8 and take it out.
• In the same oil add mixture of ingredients 12 to 16 along with
fried
• ginger and stir. Mix all fried ingredients with chicken and stir
well.
• Add fried carrot and potato and decorate the chicken pieces with
the mixture.
