Semiya Halwa Ingredients:-
1. semiya - 200 gms
2. milk - 2 cup
3. ghee - 5 tea sp
4. elachi powder - 1 tea sp
5. dry grapes - 15
6. cashew nut - 10
7. kumkum colour - 1 powder
Method of preparation Semiya Halwa
Take half of the ghee and fry the elachi, dry grapes and cashew nut in
that. In that ghee fry vermicelli.
Add milk and stir well so as not to get stuck at the bottom of the vessel.
Add sugar followed by ghee , little by little.
Add the color and when it becomes non sticky, add elachi powder and cashew
nut. Transfer in to a vessel in which ghee is already applied.
