Samosa South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles
1. maida - 250 gms
Method of preparation Samosa :
Mix maida thoroughly with ghee. Add a little water to make it bread like. Keep for 30 minutes.
Heat the potato, peel off the skin and cut into small pieces. Cut onion and green chilly into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and crack mustard seeds in that. Add the potato, onion, green chilly and salt and stir well.
Add lemon juice, stir well and take out of the oven.
Press well the already prepared maida paste and make that into medium
sized balls. Cut each ball into 2 pieces.
Join the edges and fry them in oil.
Take out and serve.
