Rice Murukku Ari Murukku South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles
Rice Murukku Ari Murukku Ingredients:

1. Rice - 4 cups.
2. Moong dal flour - 2 cups
3. Black gram flour - 1/2 cup
4.cumin seed - 1 spoon
5.Sesame - 1 spoon
6.Water - 10 cups
7. Butter - 1 spoon
8 Coconut oil - as required
9. Salt to taste

Method of preparation Rice Murukku Ari Murukku :

Wash the rice and dry it. Grind it and pass it through a sieve to get fine powder Add moong dhal flour and black gram powder and mix well .

Take ten cups of water add salt and boil . While boiling add butter followed by mixture of powders already made and stir well . When it is cold , mix well with hand . Add sesame and cumin seed also .

Fill the murukku squeezer with the above mixture. Fix Murukku slit at the outlet and squeeze out the mixture into the oil. Squeezing is to be done in ring shape. Fry and take back.
