Rice Ball Ariyunda Ingredients:-
(1) raw rice – 500 gms
(2) jaggery – 300 gms
(3) coconut – 1
(4) elachi – 5
(5) cumin seed – ½ spoon
Method of preparation Rice Ball Ariyunda
Soak the rice, dry, and grind dry. Melt the jiggery in a pan along with
a little water.
Roast the rice flour until it turns reddish. Add the roasted rice flour
into the melted jaggery along with grated coconut, elachi powder and cumin
seed. Stir well. When it is hot, make small balls with that.
