Rasa Gulla,Rasa gula,rasghula Ingredients:-
(1) milk – 2 ltr.
(2) sugar – 500 gms
(3) maida – ½ cup
(4) ghee – 150 gms
(5) soda powder – 1 pinch
Method of preparation Rasa Gulla,Rasa gula,rasghula
Boil the milk and when it is reduced to ½ ltr. Pour ghee and stir.
Add a pinch of soda powder.
Sieve the maida to get a fine flour. When the milk gets thick, add the
maida flour and stir. Continue stirring until we are able to make balls
with it.
Melt sugar in a separate pan. Drop the balls into the melted sugar and
keep for one day. Take out next day and serve.
