Method of preparation Ragi Halwa Panjappul Halwa
Melt jaggery with a little water. Mix ragi flour with melted jaggery and coconut milk. Heat the mixture and continue heating till it becomes thick. Add ghee and roasted cashew nut.
Apply ghee in a tray . Transfer the mixture into the tray. Allow to cool and then cut into square pieces.
